The Small Details
Choosing to go with custom designing opens up so many more options for personalizing items for your event. With no minimums required for your order you won't be left with a bundle of invitations that you don't need.
At your personalized consultation we will go over paper and style options as well as your specific needs for your invitations and event. You will have the opportunity to see a number of samples to help you to decide on wording and fonts as well as graphics. If you choose to work with me for your event a 50% deposit is required for designing to begin with the balance due upon completion of the project. Your design proofs are all sent digitally during the editing stage. This is when any alterations can be made before going to print. Once we have the digital proofs ready for printing a virtual completed proof is made up as well there is the option for a hard copy sample before printing.
From beginning to end depending on the complexity of your order, and product availability, the whole design process takes about six to eight weeks on average. Depending on the type and size of your event I recommend consultations should be 6 to 8 months prior to the event date.
